About Fusion Transport Delivering Next-Generation Logistics Solutions Fusion Transport offer more than 25 years of industry leading experience providing customized supply chain solutions. We are a rapidly growing >$300M+ company with nationwide presence. We are an integrated third-party logistics company, with a brokerage division, an in-house long-haul fleet, several warehouses around the country, and a retail consolidation business. We currently operate under three levels of services which include Assets, Brokerage, and Warehousing. Job Duties: · KPI measurement implementation, including labor control, inbound/outbound metrics, and inventory. · Effectively analyze and manage the budget and P&L of the warehouse operation. · Identify improvements needed and implement efficient & effective department processes, policies, and procedures. · Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations. · Developing current and new warehouse staff; manages schedules and workflow daily. · Ensures the physical condition of warehouse and equipment are properly maintained. · Manage all warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials. · Performs quarterly and/or annual physical inventories; provides inventory reports. · Acts as the liaison with our customers to establish a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring to provide consistent communication and solutions. · Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area. · Work with leadership to ensure tasks and requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. Requirements: · 10+ years of management experience in Third Party Logistics (3PL) required. · High proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. · Experience with labor/workforce management and warehouse management systems (i.e. SAP, Red Prairie, Manhattan, JDA, etc.) Netsuite/ Synapse WMS is a huge plus. · Ability to prioritize and pivot direction as demanded. · Must be able to work onsite, 5+ days a week, have flexibility to assist when needed.
