This leadership role is responsible for operations, customer experience, financial performance, recruiting, team management, and growth execution. The GM will serve as the operational leader of the company and work directly with ownership on strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Business Operations Leadership Lead and oversee all daily business operations Ensure smooth execution of residential and commercial cleaning services Build operational systems that improve efficiency, scalability, and quality Manage schedules, staffing, field execution, and customer delivery Create accountability and performance culture across the organization Team Management & Recruiting Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing staff Lead office staff, cleaning supervisors, and cleaning teams Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and operational meetings Build staffing redundancy and reduce turnover/no-shows Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards Customer Experience & Revenue Growth Own customer satisfaction and retention metrics Resolve escalated customer issues professionally Build strategies to increase recurring revenue and client lifetime value Oversee local marketing efforts and sales partnerships Drive growth through operational excellence and referrals Financial Management & KPIs Own revenue growth, profitability, labor costs, and operational KPIs Monitor labor percentages, margins, re-cleans, and efficiency metrics Coordinate payroll, invoicing, collections, and vendor management Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports for ownership Manage budgets and operational expenses responsibly Systems & Process Improvement Optimize CRM and scheduling systems (Jobber preferred) Develop scalable SOPs and training programs Implement operational dashboards and accountability processes Reduce owner dependency on day-to-day management Requirements 5+ years leadership experience in operations, field services, hospitality, home services, or cleaning industry Proven experience managing teams and business operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing P&L or operational KPIs Comfortable with CRM tools, scheduling software, and operational reporting Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 annually Quarterly Performance Bonus tied to business KPIs One Week Paid Time Off Growth and leadership advancement opportunities High autonomy and direct impact on company growth Why Join Us Opportunity to lead and scale a growing company Direct partnership with ownership team Strong growth trajectory in Seattle market Ability to build systems, culture, and operational excellence Meaningful leadership role with long-term upside Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person / Field + Office Hybrid Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits Paid time off Work Location: In person
