What You'll Spend Your Time Doing Lead all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, taproom, and guest experience Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team across front and back of house Drive a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs Own financial performance, including sales, labor, and cost controls Partner with leadership on events, promotions, and local community engagement Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Solve problems in real time and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (GM or strong AGM ready to step up) Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop people Strong operational and financial acumen Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication and leadership presence Passion for hospitality, team culture, and guest experience Craft beer knowledge is a plus, but not required Work Details Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays Opportunities for growth within a multi-locatio
