Position: Multi-Unit General Manager (Confidential Hospitality Group) Location: Brooklyn, NY We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to lead a food & beverage program spanning a steak-focused restaurant, café, and bar housed within two hotel properties in Brooklyn. About the Opportunity This role oversees multiple concepts under one cohesive vision, balancing operational excellence with a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the Food & Beverage Director and Hotel General Managers, to ensure the success of these businesses, implement accountability and drive performance across all outlets. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across a full-service restaurant, café, and bar within two hotel environments Champion a culture of hospitality that prioritizes warmth and consistency Recruit, train, and develop teams, fostering accountability and growth Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and hotel leadership to ensure alignment on guest experience and brand standards Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls Maintain operational systems that support efficiency, quality, and scalability Act as a visible, hands-on presence on the floor, engaging with guests and team members alike What We’re Looking For Proven experience in multi-unit or high-volume hospitality leadership roles A genuine passion for guest experience and team development Strong operational acumen with the ability to manage complexity across multiple concepts Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high standards Why This Role This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a thoughtfully designed hospitality setting that blends food, beverage, and hotel experiences.
