Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a General Manager at Kracke Real Estate Group Powered by Keller Williams. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop and implement strategic goals, and ensure targets are met. Other responsibilities include managing organizational budgets, fostering internal communication, identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills to oversee and develop cross-functional teams. Experience in strategic planning, decision-making, and driving business growth to achieve operational efficiency. Proficiency in financial management, budget oversight, and resource allocation. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities for stakeholder engagement. Comfortable working in a remote environment with a proactive and self-directed approach. Real estate industry experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
