Own the Building. Run the Show. Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is looking for a high-level hospitality leader to step into the role of Restaurant General Manager at our Webster Groves location. We’re searching for someone who can lead from the front, build a strong culture, drive results, and create an unforgettable guest experience in one of the most fast-paced sports bar environments in the St. Louis area. What You’ll Do Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with confidence and consistency Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house management and hospitality teams Drive sales, profitability, labor performance, and operational execution Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere for guests and staff Oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, cleanliness, and service standards Handle guest concerns professionally and create memorable experiences Execute promotions, events, and game-day operations successfully Maintain accountability while building a strong team culture Work directly with ownership and upper management on business goals and growth initiatives Uphold the Hotshots hospitality mindset: “We are truly glad you are here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back.” What We’re Looking For 3+ years of restaurant General Manager or senior management experience Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams Experience in high-volume bar, sports bar, or casual dining environments preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Hands-on leadership mentality and willingness to lead from the floor Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and major event nights Why Hotshots?
