Responsibilities Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Oversee inventory control, food management, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize profitability. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive team culture. Manage POS systems for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Implement shift management strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours while controlling labor costs. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest feedback promptly and resolving issues professionally. Coordinate with catering, banquets, or special events when applicable to enhance revenue streams. Monitor budget adherence, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial goals. Foster a hospitality environment that emphasizes teamwork, culinary excellence, and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary operations, and food safety standards. Hands-on experience with POS systems. Prior experience in fine dining or hotel restaurant management is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train & develop staff effectively while managing multiple shifts. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Background in budgeting, food industry operations, and hospitality management principles. Ability to interview candidates and build high-performing teams committed to excellence in food service management.
