Join the Team at Lucharitos We are seeking a highly experienced, high-energy Restaurant Operator / Partner to take the lead at our Mineola location and help elevate the Lucharitos brand presence throughout Nassau County. This is not a typical management position. This is a real opportunity to step into a leadership and equity role with an established, growing restaurant group that’s known for high-volume energy, strong branding, live events, margarita culture, and community-driven hospitality. We are looking for someone who can walk into a restaurant, take ownership, build culture, develop a team, and bring the building to life every single day. Responsibilities Oversee full day-to-day restaurant operations Hire, train, and lead a new General Manager and staff Build a strong hospitality culture and energetic atmosphere Drive sales growth and local community exposure Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and execution Improve systems, accountability, and operational consistency Work alongside ownership on marketing, events, promotions, and growth strategies Bring leadership, urgency, and positivity to the restaurant daily Qualifications Proven restaurant operating experience Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations Ability to recruit and develop strong management teams Hospitality-first mindset with entrepreneurial drive Self-motivated operator who thrives in fast-paced environments Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and profitability management Nassau County market knowledge is a plus Compensation Competitive compensation package Performance-based incentives UP TO 30% Net Equity Partnership Opportunity!
