Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and staff management to ensure an outstanding guest experience Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to promote a positive work environment Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and cost management to optimize profitability and minimize waste Supervise shift management activities, including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest feedback promptly and resolving issues efficiently Oversee kitchen operations, including food production, culinary standards, and ensuring consistent quality across all menu items Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting to support operational decisions Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service management and hospitality management Demonstrated supervising experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Extensive knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices Skilled in staff training & development, interviewing potential team members, and team management strategies Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and enhance customer service Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and implement effective inventory control measures Experience with catering, banquet operations or hotel food service is a plus Join us as our General Manager - Restaurant to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
