General Manager - Restaurant

As the Manager on Duty, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. Operations are key here and you'll find yourself working with the team! You'll oversee service and take the lead resolving issues. This job has a heavy focus in the kitchen, you'll be cooking and prepping in the kitchen, as well as assiting the bartenders and servers. -Assist in kitchen operations, cooking on the line, prepping in the kitchen -Oversee bartenders and servers -Train new employees and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence -Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards -Ensure guests receive 5 star service -Lead a team in a positive and professional manner Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
