Own the full P&L of the dispensary:drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and hit ambitious sales targets ? Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team:recruiting top talent, coaching managers, and fostering a culture of excellence ? Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and sets Bloom apart in a competitive market ? Identify and execute local growth strategies, from customer acquisition and retention to community engagement ? Maintain best-in-class operational standards across inventory, cash handling, compliance, and safety ? Ensure full compliance with all state, local, and company regulations, protecting the license and the brand ? Analyze financial and operational data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance ? Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and improving store performance ? Strong financial acumen:comfortable with P&L analysis, budgeting, labor management, and KPI reporting ? Outstanding leadership presence:you recruit great people, develop them, and retain them ? Deep commitment to compliance, customer confidentiality, and regulatory standards ? Passion for cannabis, wellness, and making a meaningful difference in customers' lives ? A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA a plus, but exceptional experience is equally valued) ?
