Our team is built on integrity, hustle, and results—and we’re looking for a General Manager who can lead from the front and scale our sales operations in the Greater Springfield area. What You’ll Do Recruit and onboard high-performing sales talent. Lead, train, and motivate a team of outside sales reps focused on storm restoration projects. Develop and execute local sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor KPIs and coach reps to exceed performance targets. Oversee operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community outreach efforts. ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in roofing sales , preferably in storm restoration . Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy with CRM and mobile tools (we use technology to streamline workflows). Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for helping homeowners.
