Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager, Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales teams and optimize sales processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills to propel the company toward its ambitious sales objectives. As a key executive, you will oversee the entire sales operations landscape, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and alignment with corporate goals. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and market opportunities. Lead, motivate, and supervise sales teams to achieve and surpass revenue targets while maintaining high levels of engagement and morale. Oversee the management of profit & loss statements related to sales operations, ensuring profitability and cost control. Implement process improvements to streamline sales workflows, enhance customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the company's footprint. Manage large-scale projects related to sales initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and technology integrations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and leadership development across the sales organization. Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong track record in leading sales teams or departments. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and executing complex sales strategies. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change. Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance optimization. Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence. Business development acumen with a history of expanding market share or launching new products/services. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
