General Manager – Market Expansion & Operations Spa Tender | Breckenridge, Colorado Spa Tender is expanding into the Colorado mountain market, and we are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the launch and growth of our Breckenridge operation. This is not a maintenance manager role. We are looking for someone who can build a market, lead a team, grow revenue, and establish Spa Tender as the premier hot tub and spa service company in Summit County and surrounding mountain communities. The ideal candidate combines operations leadership, business development, customer service excellence, and field management experience. Experience in the spa, pool, HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry is highly valued. What You Will Do - Market Launch & Growth Lead Spa Tender’s expansion into Breckenridge and surrounding Colorado mountain communities Build relationships with homeowners, vacation rental companies, property managers, builders, and hospitality partners Develop local referral networks and business partnerships Help establish Spa Tender as the trusted premium spa service provider in the region Operations Management Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and field logistics Recruit, hire, train, and manage service technicians Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency Implement systems and processes that support long-term growth Business Development Identify growth opportunities in residential, luxury rental, and hospitality markets Drive recurring service contracts and repair business Support marketing initiatives and local brand presence Monitor performance metrics, profitability, and operational goals Leadership Build and lead a strong local team culture Solve problems independently and make operational decisions confidently Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability Represent the Spa Tender brand in the local community What We Are Looking For Proven experience managing operations, teams, or service businesses Strong leadership and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a new market Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Experience in field service industries such as: Hot tubs and spas Pool service HVAC Plumbing Electrical Property services Hospitality operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Required Qualifications CPO Certification College Degree Knowledge of hot tub/spa systems and water chemistry Experience managing technicians or field teams Sales or business development experience Familiarity with Breckenridge, Summit County, or Colorado mountain communities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance bonuses tied to market growth and profitability Opportunity for long-term leadership advancement Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Flexible scheduling and autonomy Paid training and certification support Opportunity to help shape and grow a rapidly expanding company Why Join Spa Tender Spa Tender is building a modern, professional spa service company focused on reliability, customer experience, and long-term growth.
