Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including team management, customer service, scheduling, and inventory control. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, managing budgets, and meeting financial performance goals. This individual will act as the point person for staff development, training, and fostering a collaborative and positive work culture. Additionally, the General Manager will focus on enhancing the guest experience to uphold the restaurant's reputation within the community. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and training restaurant teams. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences. Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control in a restaurant setting. Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and health codes. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus. Prior experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry preferred.
