Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functions, assisting with scheduling, customer communication, order processing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service teams Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain and update customer information in CRM or internal systems Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations Handle emails and follow up with customers as needed Support basic reporting and office organization Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment Qualifications Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems a plus) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Join Infinity Premier?
