Direct General Service management through performing a variety of administrative and operational duties to ensure efficient day-to-day support to multiple buildings. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision and leadership to General Service Administrators and Employee Service Specialists, overseeing scheduling, task assignments, performance management, and employee coaching. Oversee and coordinate GS vendors; such as janitorial, vending service, etc. to ensure consistent service delivery to multiple buildings. Monitor GS vendor performance outcomes by establishing and enforcing service level agreements (SLAs), addressing service issues, and driving continuous improvement. Evaluate GS vendor quotations, conduct cost analysis, and approve purchase requests within authorized limits; escalate exceptions as required. Control and monitor GS vendor access, ensuring full compliance with facility policies, security protocols, and safety requirements. Administer onsite GS vendors’ mutual non-disclosure agreements, tracking timely completion and compliance. Review and approve onsite janitors’ timecards and invoices on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and regulation compliance. Coordinate with facility team to plan and execute facility setups and renovation, including office equipment purchase, installation and maintenance. Oversee administration of the company-issued cell phone program, including inventory management, usage monitoring, and cost control through billing review. Lead logistics support for executives, customers and cross-site colleagues such as hotel, rental car and airfare bookings, etc. Conduct annual performance audits for onsite GS vendors to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational planning and prioritization skills Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and oversee multiple functions simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and decision-making Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High level of initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability Ability to manage vendor relationships and enforce performance standards and compliance.
