Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dependable General Shop Laborer to join our manufacturing team.In this hands-on role, you will be an essential part of our production process, assisting with various tasks around the shop floor.Your energy and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth operations, safety, and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Duties Disassemble pumps, power wash and sandblast parts Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods within the facility Support the setup and breakdown of manufacturing lines, including loading and unloading materials Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shop floor Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report any malfunctions promptly Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Skills Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively Mechanical knowledge to assist with basic repairs or troubleshooting on machinery Strong physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout shifts Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Join us in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact production success!
