General Warehouse Associates Bloomfield, CT Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring for WEEKDAY (Monday through Thursday) AND WEEKEND (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) General Warehouse associates at a local distribution Center in Bloomfield.This is a 10 Hr.Shift position(Monday through Thursday) and 12 Hr.WEEKEND shift position, 6 PM- 6:30 AM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)Responsibilities of the General Warehouse Associates Load and unload trucks manually Move materials between the loading platform and throughout the facility Ensure materials are loaded securely and balanced on trucks Maintain a clean and organized loading area Follow safety guidelines and protocols Communicate with team members and supervisors Requirements of the General Warehouse Associates The ability to load and unload trucks, the ability to lift 50lbs consecutively during a 10/12 hour shift, and move material within the facility and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling, or operating hand trucks, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment.They safely operate forklifts or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products.Compensation for the General Warehouse Associate Salary:$17.50 Per/Hr.Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.We are an equal opportunity employer.Applicants, employees, and former employees are protected from employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation or transgender status), national origin, age (40 or older), veteran status, disability and genetic information (including family medical history).#MSSR1.
