About the Role: The General Warehouse position is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team setting. Preferred Qualifications: Forklift operator certification. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in shipping and receiving operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends if necessary. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments. Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and accessibility. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order processing. Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
