Employer Industry: Government Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $155,396.80 annually Flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing both remote and onsite work Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Guaranteed monthly retirement income through Minnesota State Retirement System pension fund Opportunity for professional development and involvement in diverse projects Access to various employee wellness programs and resources What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead end-to-end management of GIS projects, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, and budgeting Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of GIS data and applications Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders Facilitate training and support for GIS applications and project deliverables What Is Required (Qualifications) High school diploma/GED with nine (9) years of experience, or an Associate degree with seven (7) years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of experience, or a Master's degree with three (3) years of experience in GIS or related fields Strong knowledge of geographic principles and GIS concepts Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS platforms and geospatial data structures Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with geospatial data and applications, specifically ArcGIS products Proven ability to write clear and concise reports and presentations Experience working in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive environments Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies #GovernmentServices #GIS #ProjectManagement #CareerOpportunity #HybridWork #EmployeeBenefits "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
