The Yurtopian in Wimberley is hiring NOW for a turnover associate position.The Yurtopian Wimberley is a high-end glamping resort.Duties include cleaning the yurt between guests, organizing supplies, making beds, laundering & folding linens, removing trash, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and preparing the yurt with an eye towards a 5-star guest experience.Ideal candidates will thrive in a high-paced environment with a make-it-happen attitude under time pressure.Experience as a bartender or food service is a plus, as we find the skill set to be a good match for this job.Some days are crazy busy and other days are quieter.Candidates must also be excited about working outside, as we are exposed to the elements in the glamping business, rain or shine! Job Requirements:Hard-working and reliable Attention to detail Likes making guests happy Works well under a time pressure Available five days / week on weekdays and weekends (rotating schedule) Able to work 4 - 20 hours / week in 4-hour shifts from 11:00am until 3:00pm Physically able to hike up and down hillsides to check on property conditions Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Important Criteria:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a criminal history check Must have driver's license Job Type:Part-time Pay:$21.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
