Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, engaging online instruction and foster a supportive learning environment Develop and improve courses and instructional materials in collaboration with other experts Participate in departmental service activities and support faculty and student success initiatives Required Qualifications: Earned master's degree in a relevant discipline Experience in teaching and familiarity with best practices in online education Strong organizational and time management skills A collaborative and student-centered approach to leadership Experience working with adult learners is preferred
