Job Description
📍 A Coastal Town in Colombia | July 6 – August 8 ⚠️ Highly Selective Fellowship Opportunity This isn’t a traditional internship. It’s an entry point into something early. Planting Good Seeds is a live, for-profit startup building a sustainable art and recycling initiative on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. We are inviting a small group of emerging artists, strategists, storytellers, and entrepreneurs to step inside the process while it’s still being shaped. This fellowship is an investment in you, and we help you earn that investment through our onboarding process. So many creatives and young professionals spend years building other people’s visions without ever fully learning how to communicate their own value, build meaningful partnerships, or turn their ideas into sustainable opportunities. That’s a huge part of what this Fellowship is designed to teach. You’ll spend a month immersed in a collaborative international environment — contributing to storytelling, campaign strategy, creative projects, community initiatives, and the launch of a global Kickstarter campaign tied to the opening of our sustainable art studio. This opportunity is for people who: – Feel pulled toward entrepreneurship, creativity, and meaningful work – Want to build, not just observe – Are comfortable with uncertainty and growth – Care about sustainability, storytelling, and cross-cultural collaboration – Want to strengthen both the creative and business side of their career Participants cover their own travel and program costs. Many Fellows choose to raise support through their networks, and we actively help participants learn how to communicate their vision, position themselves confidently, and build support around their work. If there’s alignment, this can evolve into continued collaboration as the organization grows.
