About Our Client: The organization operates in the corporate travel management industry, addressing the challenge of managing complex global travel programs for large clients. It supports global accounts with annual air spend between $30 and $40 million by providing coordinated travel solutions across regions. The company focuses on delivering value through strategic program management and technology-enabled services, aiming to enhance client satisfaction and optimize travel costs. About the Opportunity: The Global Program Manager oversees a portfolio of large global travel accounts, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring program success across multiple regions. This role is key to maintaining client satisfaction and retention by managing travel cost strategies, coordinating communication, and supporting growth initiatives. The position contributes by aligning regional plans with global strategies and delivering consistent, proactive program management. Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of global travel accounts totaling $30–40 million in annual air spend Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Coordinate communication and alignment between global clients and regional teams Collaborate with Regional and Local Program Managers to develop and support regional plans Build and lead global travel cost management plans, track results, and adjust strategies Lead regular business reviews and support new account implementations Participate in sales presentations and vendor bid processes as needed Share updates, insights, and risks internally to maintain a unified client experience Identify opportunities to expand services and maximize client use of technology and solutions Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel and/or sales Experience in program management supporting global clients Ability to analyze data, review reports, and identify cost-saving or growth opportunities Experience with vendor negotiations and contract management Familiarity with travel industry technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems Strong relationship-building and clear communication skills Adaptability, collaboration, and a calm, professional approach under shifting priorities Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
