This is a unique executive leadership opportunity for a visionary professional passionate about shaping the future of healthcare informatics and digital diagnostics at a global scale. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction, growth, and lifecycle management of a large-scale informatics solutions portfolio that supports clinical decision-making and operational excellence across healthcare systems worldwide. You will collaborate with global commercial, R&D, digital, and medical teams to deliver innovative, AI-enabled platforms and enterprise solutions that drive measurable value for customers. This position offers broad influence across business strategy, product innovation, and go-to-market execution within a highly collaborative and mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in healthcare technology with strong business acumen, customer focus, and the ability to lead complex global initiatives with lasting impact. \n Accountabilities: Own and drive the global strategy, vision, and lifecycle management of the diagnostics informatics portfolio, ensuring sustained commercial success and market differentiation. Define and execute multi-year roadmaps covering digital platforms, AI-enabled analytics, interoperability, data services, and enterprise informatics solutions. Establish competitive positioning strategies that strengthen market leadership and address evolving healthcare ecosystem needs. Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable portfolio investment and business growth strategies. Partner closely with R&D, Digital, Commercial, Medical, and regional leadership teams to align product innovation with customer and market requirements. Lead go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, segmentation, launch planning, and enterprise value-based selling approaches. Drive launch excellence and ongoing portfolio optimization through performance monitoring, customer feedback analysis, and market evaluation. Serve as the senior subject-matter expert for healthcare informatics, laboratory workflows, digital transformation, and AI-driven healthcare solutions. Influence executive-level stakeholders across a complex global matrix organization while building and mentoring high-performing cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within diagnostics, healthcare IT, medical technology, digital health, or related industries. Deep expertise in healthcare informatics, digital platforms, enterprise diagnostics workflows, data analytics, interoperability, and AI-enabled healthcare solutions. Proven success building and scaling global product portfolios or enterprise digital platforms in competitive healthcare environments. Strong experience partnering with software engineering, R&D, data science, and digital product teams. Demonstrated ability to define long-term business strategy and translate market insights into profitable growth initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and executive influencing skills. Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams within large matrixed organizations. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance innovation, scalability, regulatory requirements, and customer value. Customer-centric approach with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology and innovation.
