OverviewWe are growing and seeking dedicated and customer-oriented GM Journey Level Parts Counter people to join our team.In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, managing inventory, and ensuring that the counter area is well-stocked and organized.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL VALLEY.Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves and ensuring that all products are readily available for customers.Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.Provide information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized counter area.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.Collaborate with team members to maintain an effective workflow and enhance overall store operations.Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.Experience in GENERAL MOTORS PARTS SALES is MANDATORY.Proficiency in inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels.Familiarity with market trends related to automotive parts or services is a plus.Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.Knowledge of dealership operations can be beneficial in understanding customer needs better.Join our team as a Counter Person where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success!
