As a 3rd Shift GMP Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be crucial in ensuring the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) production facility. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of industrial systems, utilities, and equipment essential for manufacturing in a controlled environment. This position is a key part of our Engineering and Technical Services team, directly contributing to the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes by providing expert support, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on critical systems. RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on critical GMP utility systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure. Working under limited supervision, monitors, troubleshoots, and operates building and industrial systems to ensure they meet desired performance and control requirements. Utilizes diverse trade skills such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance within a highly regulated environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strictly complies with all applicable cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), FDA, and other regulatory agency guidelines, as well as Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety directives.
