Your key responsibilities will include: Building production batches and completing accurate documentation Loading and unloading chemicals Operating pumps, filters, scales, and related production equipment Monitoring temperatures, run speeds, and process conditions Performing in-process quality tests Maintaining housekeeping, safety, and 6S standards Collaborating with QC, R&D, customer service, and planning teams Troubleshooting basic equipment issues and submitting repair requests Following hazardous material handling and emergency procedures Assisting with training new team members What We're Looking For High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previousexperience as a chemical operator or in manufacturing Ability to become forklift certified within 90 days Strong independent work skills and problem-solving ability Comfortable working around hazardous
