Golf Course Construction Laborer (2-Week Project)Location:Aspen, COProject Start Date:April 29, 2026Duration:2 Weeks ONLY (14 working days)Schedule:10-hour shifts, 6 days per week (60hours/week)Pay:$18-$25/hour (based on experience) About The Crew Staffing:The Crew Staffing specializes in providing reliable, experienced labor to golf courses and turf-related projects nationwide.We partner with top-tier courses and contractors to deliver skilled workers who understand the demands of the industry.Job Overview:We are hiring experienced golf course construction laborers ONLY for a short-term creek bank restoration project in Aspen, CO.This is a strictly 2-week project, so candidates must be ready to step in and contribute immediately.Due to the short duration, we are not able to train or take on entry-level candidates.Key Responsibilities:Install approximately 900 metal stakes (2-foot length) using a sledgehammer Secure erosion control materials along creek banks Fill erosion control fabric with soil Assist with sod preparation and installation Work with the team to restore approximately 1,400 linear feet of creek bank Requirements (MANDATORY):Proven experience in golf course construction Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods Comfortable using hand tools, including sledgehammers Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly Must be reliable and able to commit to the full 2-week project Willing to work 10-hour days, 6 days per week Work Environment:Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Physically demanding, fast-paced project Why Work With The Crew Staffing:Competitive pay based on experience High hours with overtime opportunities Opportunity to work on a unique golf course restoration project Potential for future projects with our team Pay:$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
