Position:Golf Course Maintenance Status:Full Time Year-Round Department:Golf Course Maintenance Reports To:Golf Course Superintendent Buck Hill Falls Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Golf Course Grounds Maintenance Worker to help support the Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining exceptional playing conditions at our historic private golf facility.This position is essential to delivering the high standards of course presentation and the optimal course experience for our members Essential Responsibilities:Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, rough, and practice areas as well as Lawn Bowling surfaces Assist with daily course setup, including cup cutting and tee placement Rake and maintain bunkers to ensure consistency and playability Perform cultural practices such as aerification, topdressing, and sod repair Monitor turf conditions and assist with irrigation and hand watering Operate and maintain golf course equipment safely and responsibly Maintain clubhouse grounds and landscape areas as needed Winter work; snow plowing, tree management, firewood delivery, Ice rink Physical Requirements:Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.and operation of golf course equipment.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.Qualifications 2years of golf course maintenance experience Valid driver's license Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Experience:Maintenance:1 year (Preferred) Groundskeepers & Greenskeepers:1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
