Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Overview Join our vibrant team as a Golf Course Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in creating and maintaining a pristine, inviting environment for our members and guests.This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors while applying your skills and passion for landscaping and turf care to ensure the golf course remains beautiful, healthy, and well-manicured.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outside, take pride in their work, and appreciate being part of a team that maintains one of the most important features of the club.We offer flexible schedules and a great work-life balance.Employees can play golf for free on Mondays.Early morning hours are required, as most maintenance work is completed before golfers begin their day.Maintain the overall appearance of the golf course by performing these different tasks:Change cups and perform course set.Operate greens, tees, fairway and rough units Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in golf course maintenance for sustainable course upkeep.Assist with irrigation repairs.Ability to operate golf course equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape maintenance tasks.Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative outdoor work.Help with projects throughout the golf course.Help set up for golf tournaments.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team No prior golf course experience required (training provided) Some weekends are required.Pay:$12.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
