OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, facilities, and equipment.This role requires a proactive individual who can perform various tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.Duties Perform regular maintenance on gardens and landscaped areas to ensure they remain healthy and visually appealing.Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to promote growth and sustainability.Conduct lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.Assist in groundskeeping efforts to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor spaces.Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, addressing any issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscape projects as assigned.Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks.Knowledge of garden care practices, including irrigation techniques and plant health management.Experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance is highly desirable.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while ensuring their longevity through diligent maintenance efforts!
