Golf Outings Coordinator

Mattaponi Springs is growing! We're excited to bring on and train a new coordinator to assist with a full season of golf outings, tournaments, and events! The Outings Coordinator will cultivate a memorable client experience during corporate outings, charity tournaments, and social events at the golf course. They will work in conjunction with the Director of Events and General Manager to book new clientele, provide tours, and day-of event coordination on-site. Social Media responsibilities include posting and interacting on behalf of the venue on Facebook, Instagram and Google. Experience in golf is a plus but is not required. Weekend availability is required. Schedule can be coordinated to accommodate needs. We welcome staff who may need schedule flexibility for child care, etc. 20-25+ hours anticipated weekly. Some work can be conducted remote, ie social media and some marketing/outreach.
