OverviewJoin our team as a Golf Shop Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face and helpful resource for our golfers and visitors.In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with retail sales, and ensure the golf shop operates smoothly.Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that keeps players coming back.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop retail and customer service skills while working in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases, inquiries, and overall shop experience Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the shop is clean and inviting Conduct product demos and upsell items such as golf accessories, apparel, and equipment to enhance customer satisfaction Manage inventory levels through merchandising, stocking, and inventory checks Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or booking tee times Skills Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising or leadership experience in retail or hospitality settings preferred Ability to demonstrate products effectively and confidently promote merchandise Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a diverse clientele Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for cashiering and retail transactions Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
