Golf Shop Attendant

Sycamore Hills Golf Shop Sales Associate Reports to:Director of Retail & Head Golf Professional Basic Function:The sales associate works alongside the Golf Staff selling merchandise, performing day-to-day operational duties, assisting in merchandising, and helping with special events.The most important part of the job is offering extraordinary customer service.Hours In Season:15-35 hours (3-4 days) per week, mostly nights and weekends Off Season:Up to 15 hours (1-2 days) per week, mostly nights and weekends Pay:Current wage of $12-14/hour Job Duties Include:Answering and directing phone calls Making tee times Selling merchandise, knowing product features and benefits Keeping the golf shop organized and neat Handling Jonas point-of-sale system Assisting with inventory Job Requirements:Excellent communication skills The ability to build rapport with members Basic knowledge of retail and golf Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to lift up to 50lbs Potential to work in both cold and hot environments outdoors Pay:$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
