Route Delivery Driver (Part-Time - Food Distribution)Flowering Sun Ecology Center - Hudson Valley, NY$18/hour Weekly Route (Thursdays) Position OverviewFlowering Sun Ecology Center is a growing gourmet mushroom farm serving restaurants and chefs across the Hudson Valley.We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented delivery driver to run a consistent weekly route and represent our farm with professionalism.Schedule:Every ThursdayHours:Typically 7-10 hours (depending on route volume)Pay:$18/hour As the season picks up, there may be opportunities for additional delivery days and expanded hours.Responsibilities Drive a local delivery route to restaurants and wholesale customers Safely operate a refrigerated sprinter van Load, organize, and verify orders before departure Deliver products on time and in excellent condition Communicate clearly and professionally with chefs and kitchen staff Ensure an invoice is given to and signed by the chef Represent the farm with a positive, respectful presence Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience driving cargo or sprinter vans Strong reliability and punctuality Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry boxes (20-50 lbs) A solution-oriented, proactive mindset Note:If you have a criminal background, you are still encouraged to apply.Who This Is Great For Someone looking for consistent part-time work A driver who enjoys working independently Someone who values local food systems and small farms Someone who takes pride in being reliable and detail-oriented How to ApplyPlease apply through Indeed with your resume and have two references ready upon request.Pay:From $18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
