Your Ministry Impact The Government Grants Compliance Officer at Atlanta Mission, under the general supervision of the Systems Team, works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, consultants, and government agencies to oversee all pre- and post-award aspects of the government grant lifecycle. This role ensures full compliance with grant agreements, funder regulations, internal policies, and organizational goals. The Compliance Officer serves as a subject-matter expert on grant requirements and is responsible for reviewing and editing grant submissions, monitoring compliance, supporting program implementation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and communicating requirements clearly to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration, attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
