About Us Osteria Crescendo is an upscale, chef-driven Italian restaurant led by Executive Chef Robbie Felice. Our kitchen operates with precision, discipline, and a strong focus on technique, consistency, and presentation. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Garde Manger Cook to lead execution on the cold station. This role is responsible for all antipasti, salads, crudo, and cold composed dishes — with a strong emphasis on detail, organization, and consistency. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands high-level execution and takes ownership of their station. Responsibilities Execute all cold station dishes with precision and consistency Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked mise en place Uphold plating standards and presentation at all times Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of all ingredients Communicate clearly with chefs and team during service Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards Assist with prep, station setup, and breakdown Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (upscale preferred) Strong knife skills and attention to detail Experience with antipasti, salads, and cold prep Ability to work clean, organized, and with urgency Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Passion for quality and continuous improvement Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Work Location: In person
