No problem.We'll train you.Schedule Monday - Friday:7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekends:As required Harvest Season:Expect lots of overtime Hours can vary based on workload What You'll Do As a Grain & Agronomy Operator, you'll play a key role in daily operations, including:Loading and unloading grain commodities Blending and loading dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals Light maintenance and general housekeeping/cleaning of elevators Loading railcars at certain facilities Operating heavy equipment if certified What We're Looking For Willingness to work in a dusty environment No allergies to corn or grain Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds Mechanical aptitude and agricultural background are a plus, but not required Must wear over-the-ankle work boots (50% leather minimum; steel toe not required) No experience necessary No GED or diploma required Training provided Benefits (Once Hired On) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Holidays 401(k) Lifetime Retirement Benefit Short & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program And more!
