We are a small, fast-moving team that builds brands and campaigns with intention — from strategy to execution. If you want real work, real clients, and real creative freedom, this is the place. The Role: We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern who is hungry to create, learn, and contribute across a range of client projects. You will work closely with our team on everything from social media content and brand materials to event collateral and pitch decks. No busywork here — you will be hands-on from day one. What You Will Do Design social media graphics, carousels, and templates for multiple client accounts Support the creation of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and presentations Assist with brand identity projects including moodboards, color palettes, and typography systems Collaborate with the strategy and copy team to bring campaigns to life visually Resize and adapt assets across formats and platforms Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table What We Are Looking For Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design, communications, or related program Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro A portfolio that shows range and point of view — even if it is class work Ability to take creative direction and run with it Organized, communicative, and able to juggle multiple projects at once Bonus: experience with Figma, video editing, or motion graphics Why Hive Real client exposure across multiple industries A team that will actually invest in your growth Miami-based, creative, and culture-forward environment Flexible schedule options Note: this is an unpaid internship opportunity to start, with strong potential for a paid position based on performance, experience, and contribution throughout the internship.
