The Role: Nova Hemp is launching a brand-new Adaptogenic product line, and we need a designer who can build a brand from the ground up. This isn’t just about making "posts"—you will be designing the physical packaging for our new drinks and gummies, building the landing pages to sell them, and launching the brand on Amazon, as well as our own Sholiday platform. The Mission: You will be the engine behind our new product launch. You’ll be responsible for taking a concept and turning it into a physical product on the shelf with live listings on Amazon, a new Shopify store, and meta ads. We need someone who has a modern touch of design, while ensuring the digital flow is seamless. What You’ll Do: Product Packaging: Design modern, shelf-ready labels for our adaptogen drinks and custom-branded bags for our gummies. New Brand Identity: Execute the visual style for the new adaptogen line across all physical and digital touchpoints. Amazon Marketplace Setup: Design and set up our Amazon storefront (non-hemp), including A+ content and high-converting product imagery. High-Converting Landing Pages: Build aesthetic, mobile-responsive landing pages to drive traffic to the new launches. Klaviyo Email Flows: Design automated "Welcome" and "Abandoned Cart" flows ect- that match the new brand’s premium look. Accuracy & Printing: Manage daily label production with 100% accuracy. Zero margin for error What We’re Looking For: Modern Aesthetic: A portfolio showing clean typography and premium, "social-first" design. Print Mastery: Expert in Adobe illustrator and in design (required for can wraps and bag die-lines). Digital Skills: Experience or willingness to quickly become acclimated with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Amazon Seller Central. High Energy: You are fast, focused, and here to work. You take pride in finishing projects and hitting hard launch dates. Detail-Oriented: You check the "fine print" every single time Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older Physical Presence: This is a 100% in-person role at our manufacturing HQ. Portfolio Submission: Applications without a link to a digital portfolio (Behance, personal site, or Instagram) will not be considered. Reliability: We need a "100%" mindset.
