Our nonprofit association client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team. In this role, you will help shape, design, and execute visual experiences that align with the brand and resonate with target audiences. You will own day-to-day creative production across print, digital, and motion — delivering scalable, high-quality work while supporting performance-driven marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and execute high-quality marketing assets across campaigns, tailoring content for different audiences, channels, and segments Translate campaign goals and business objectives into compelling visual and experiential designs Produce motion-first content (animated banners, social motion, GIFs), applying performance insights to optimize engagement Translate brand strategy into polished, production-ready deliverables across formats Iterate and optimize creative based on performance data, testing, and campaign insights Support rapid-turnaround creative needs with speed and precision Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to execute creative efficiently Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts to the team Own projects end-to-end, from concept through final production and delivery Build and maintain scalable templates, toolkits, and design systems Improve workflows and processes to increase speed, consistency, and output quality Deliver rapid iterations and real-time updates based on campaign performance Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards, messaging, and tone Maintain strong attention to detail and a high level of quality Identify and correct off-brand executions Support ongoing evolution and governance of brand guidelines Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and scale creative production Continuously test and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance output Stay current on design, motion, and marketing trends Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in marketing design (agency or in-house) Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion work Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (e.g., After Effects) Experience building templates and scalable design systems Knowledge of print production and prepress Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience incorporating AI tools into creative workflows Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
