About The Role We are seeking a talented and innovative Marketing Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) to join our dynamic Brand and Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing the production of visual assets across both digital and physical channels. Your work will span social media advertising, website graphics, printed materials, packaging, and large-format brand experiences. You will play a pivotal role in bringing the Bird&Be brand to life through cohesive, high-quality visuals that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable managing projects from initial concept through to final delivery, including vendor coordination and print production. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the visual identity of a pioneering brand in reproductive health. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design, preferably within consumer brands or creative agencies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. Experience designing digital advertisements across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google, including motion graphics and short-form videos. Strong understanding of print production processes, from concept to vendor management and final output. Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. Experience providing creative direction to agencies, freelancers, and production partners. Ability to stay current with design trends, cultural shifts, and platform updates to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Responsibilities Own the entire design process for digital and print assets, from brainstorming and concept development to production-ready files and final delivery. Create engaging digital marketing assets for social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including static and motion graphics. Design and produce physical brand materials, including packaging, printed inserts, brochures, invitations, event collateral, and retail signage. Coordinate print and production activities, including sourcing materials, selecting vendors, preparing specifications, reviewing proofs, and ensuring quality standards. Develop creative concepts for out-of-home (OOH) campaigns and experiential marketing environments, such as posters, transit ads, billboards, and event displays. Collaborate with content and advertising teams to craft compelling graphics, illustrations, and motion elements that enhance storytelling and short-form video content. Build scalable templates and design systems to streamline social media and advertising workflows. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and external partners. Provide creative direction and feedback to external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors to ensure alignment with brand standards.
