Role Description The Catalyst Group LLC is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a contract position in a hybrid work environment, based out of Louisville, KY, with some remote work flexibility. The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual content, including graphics, logo designs, and branding materials, while ensuring all deliverables align with the organization’s high standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members to develop innovative design concepts, working on typography and layout creation, and enhancing brand identity across various projects. Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality work. Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to develop cohesive visual identities. Expertise in Typography, including knowledge of font selection, spacing, and layout design. Experience with design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting project deadlines. Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media is a plus.
