Grass Cutter and Driver

OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Grass Cutter and Driver, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes.This is a full-time, seasonal position with experience required.There will be advancement opportunity to motivated and dedicated team members.We offer bonuses in-season and at the end of the season.Periodic pay raises will be available based on performance.The position is Monday through Friday with mandatory weekend work, if weather alters our schedule.Our schedules are approximately 45 hours of weekly work and we pay overtime over 40 hours.Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, tractors, trimmers, blowers, and power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance Use equipment such as echo and exmark Driving our Stem Lawn Care truck while towing a trailer loaded with lawn care equipment.Landscaping maintenance, such as weeding, mulching and spring/fall clean-ups may also be required.You will be working along side one of our foreman.Experience Proven experience in grass cutting with operational skills with exmark and echo equipment.Experience driving work trucks towing trailers.This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to develop their skills in landscaping and maintenance.We value safety-conscious team players eager to contribute to beautiful landscapes while gaining hands-on experience with a variety of tools and techniques.Join us in creating vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire pride and joy!
