Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and energetic Grass Cutter to join our landscape maintenance team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of outdoor spaces through precise mowing, trimming, and landscaping activities.Your expertise will help create inviting, well-kept environments that enhance the overall aesthetic and safety of our properties.This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, gardening, and landscape care to contribute their skills in a dynamic setting.Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and weed control Use power tools and machinery like excavators and snow plows for seasonal or specialized tasks Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and assessing health to promote growth and safety Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscapes Maintain hardscape features including pathways, patios, and retaining walls through routine upkeep Support general maintenance duties related to gardening, landscaping, and construction projects as needed Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment and power tools Experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance preferred Familiarity with landscaping techniques and horticulture principles Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and snow plowing equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Basic understanding of irrigation systems and garden maintenance practices Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments!
