Position Overview AICRRQ Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Operational Resilience & GRC to support the design, assessment, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity, risk, and operational survivability programs. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of cybersecurity engineering, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and operational resilience intelligence , aligning with AICRRQ’s core mission of enabling organizations to measure, withstand, and recover from cyber and operational disruptions . The ideal candidate will apply technical and analytical expertise to support real-world cybersecurity scenarios, risk modeling, and resilience assessments across critical business environments. Key Responsibilities Cybersecurity Operations & Analysis Analyze security events, system vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence to identify risks across enterprise environments Support the implementation and monitoring of security controls aligned with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in remediation planning Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Assist in developing and maintaining risk registers, control matrices, and compliance documentation Perform risk assessments aligned with business, regulatory, and operational requirements Support internal audits and cybersecurity compliance initiatives Operational Resilience & Survivability (AICRRQ Focus) Contribute to AICRRQ’s Operational Survivability Intelligence framework , including risk scoring and resilience evaluation Support development of scenario-based risk simulations and stress-testing models Assist in identifying critical system dependencies and failure points Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities Technical & Infrastructure Support Work with cloud, network, and system environments to identify and mitigate security risks Support implementation of security tools (SIEM, endpoint protection, identity management systems) Analyze system logs and security alerts for anomaly detection Training & Continuous Learning Participate in structured training aligned with cybersecurity and operational resilience Document learning outcomes and contribute to internal knowledge development initiatives Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field Strong foundational knowledge of: Cybersecurity principles Networks, systems, and cloud environments Risk management and compliance concepts Familiarity with: Security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) Basic scripting or programming (Python, PowerShell, or similar) Security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, endpoint security) Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) practices Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work Structure & Supervision The employee will work under the supervision of senior leadership within AICRRQ Structured guidance, performance evaluation, and continuous feedback will be provided Role includes clearly defined learning objectives and measurable outcomes Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary aligned with industry standards Professional development and training opportunities Exposure to real-world cybersecurity and resilience projects Why AICRRQ AICRRQ is focused on advancing Operational Survivability Intelligence , helping organizations move beyond traditional cybersecurity toward measurable resilience and risk-informed decision-making.
