The YMCA is seeking a Great Start Readiness Program Associate Teacher to support high-quality preschool learning in our Education, Training & E-Learning department. In this role, you will assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate, standards-based lessons for preschoolers, fostering social-emotional growth, early literacy, and school readiness. You will help maintain a safe, inclusive, positive classroom that reflects the YMCA’s mission-driven, community-focused culture. Responsibilities include small-group instruction, behavior support, documentation of child progress, and daily communication with families. You will collaborate with staff and community partners to ensure program quality, meet GSRP and licensing requirements, and promote healthy living and youth development.
