A company is looking for a Greenhouse ATS Technical SME. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to define HRIS system needs and develop solutions Complete configuration tasks in Greenhouse and onboarding systems for user and business needs Configure integration between Oracle HCM and Greenhouse platform, ensuring data consistency Required Qualifications Experience with Greenhouse ATS and HR onboarding solutions (EMP Trust) preferred Strong integration development skills using APIs, file-based integrations, and middleware tools Knowledge of GDPR and data governance regulations Experience in supporting data and analytics for reporting purposes Ability to design test cases and participate in testing code/configuration releases
